Many Hands, Once Mission: 50 Years of Hope
Dear Friends,
As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Faith and Charity Catholic Appeal, we give thanks to God for the generations of faithful parishioners whose generosity has strengthened the Church we share today. For fifty years, their faith and sacrifice have supported ministries that care for the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of people throughout Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
Now the responsibility passes to us. What others built with love and commitment, we are called to sustain and hand on to future generations. The Faith and Charity Catholic Appeal is not simply a request for support, but an invitation to share in the mission of the Church. Every household in our parish has a role to play as together we witness to a faith that is united and generous.

In the coming weeks, you will receive a letter from Bishop Koenig inviting your prayerful support. I encourage you to respond as you are able. If you are a first time donor, please know that 50% of your gift remains here in our parish to assist local needs, and once our goal is exceeded, additional funds will also stay within our community.
With gratitude for those who came before us and hope for those who will follow, let us join our hearts and hands in service to the Gospel, ensuring that the faith we cherish continues to thrive for generations to come.
May God bless you,
Monsignor Hurley
